The Founder
Emma Eirene is the founder of The Business Misfit Network, author of Unfckwithable*, speaker, artist, photographer and creator of The Pleasure Code™. Known as “The Misfit Mama,” she is building a global movement helping founders lead, sell and scale through pleasure, play, creativity and authentic expression. Through community, live events, media and education, Emma is redefining what success looks like for the next generation — proving that you do not have to fit in, burn out or abandon yourself to build an extraordinary life.

My mission is to help people stop hiding who they are in order to succeed. Through The Business Misfit Network, I’m creating spaces where founders can connect, create and collaborate through play — building visible, profitable and deeply fulfilling businesses rooted in self-trust, creativity, community and authentic expression. I want to redefine success for the next generation by proving that you do not have to abandon yourself to build something extraordinary.
