The Founder
Emma Eirene is the founder of The Business Misfit Network, author of Unfckwithable*, speaker, artist, photographer and creator of The Pleasure Code™. Known as “The Misfit Mama,” she is building a global movement helping founders lead, sell and scale through pleasure, play, creativity and authentic expression. Through community, live events, media and education, Emma is redefining what success looks like for the next generation — proving that you do not have to fit in, burn out or abandon yourself to build an extraordinary life.

My mission is to stop misfits hiding who they are in order to succeed. Through The Business Misfit Network, I’m creating spaces where founders can connect, create and collaborate through play — building visible, profitable and deeply fulfilling businesses rooted in self-trust, creativity, community and authentic expression. I want to redefine success for the next generation by proving that you do not have to abandon yourself to build something extraordinary.

I knew that story because I had lived it. I built the life I thought I was supposed to want. The career. The marriage. The house. The identity that made sense to other people. And then my body told the truth before I was brave enough to.
That life was not mine.
So I left.
Not because it was easy. Not because it looked sensible.
But because something in me knew I was not here to perform a life I did not feel alive inside.
Joyous Misfit was born from that fire.
It is the ecosystem I wish existed when I was rebuilding — a place for ambitious misfits, creative founders, unconventional leaders and high-level women who know they are here to do business differently.
