How long will each challenge take?
You can spend whatever amount of time you feel you want / need on each challenge - but on average, I would recommend spending 10 - 15 minutes each day. You can of course spend longer than this, but I want you to enjoy each challenge (that's kind of the point!) and not feel overwhelmed!
What happens if I don't join in with the Facebook group?
Nothing happens - But I would highly recommend you joining in as much as you can so that you can get as much from the challenge as possible. PLUS the people who do participate fully will be put into a draw to win a very exciting and PLEASURABLE prize at the end of the 14 days!
What if I don't have Facebook?
Don't worry, the challenges are all emailed to you, which is why it is so important to sign up below and make sure you get the welcome email! And if you want to still participate, you can email your reflection at the end of each day.
What happens at the end of the challenge?
After the challenge, on the 1st March, you are invited to join me LIVE on my Pleasure Masterclass! This is your opportunity to learn more about your pleasure code, how you can move forward with shedding the 'good girl' labels and begin to create a life that turns you on! As it is live, it is also your opportunity to ask me questions and share your experiences during the challenge. The FB group will remain open for 1 week after the challenge where you can come in, ask questions and share, make the most of this beautiful community that we are creating.
